"Owner of business bought a van for business use." So since its a resource that the owner contributed to the business then why isn't it considered as owner equity, instead of asset? I can understand that a van is a Motor Vehicle, and vehicles are considered assets, so how am I to differentiate if the transaction is an asset or OE?
