Filoviridae virus gets its name from the yellow fever virus due to it causes jaundice in its hosts. The virus causes damage to the liver  which causes the jaundice in the host. Filoviridae gains entry into its host by attaching  itself to the host's receptors.  The virus causes  red blood cells to follow openly into the tissues. One  of the most known diseases from this virus is the Ebola virus disease.
