Strategies is important for the outcome of war because strategy allowed the soldiers to plan out what they are doing, which allowed them to have a better chance to win the war. History Net states, "On December 7, 1941 the Japanese launched a surprise attack on the US Naval Base Pearl Harbor in Hawaii, using bombers, torpedo bombers and midget submarines." In pearl harbor the technology that was used was bombs, submarines, & torpedo.
