Jeremy and a grumpy mood I’ve done everything I could to keep her from leaving he said. For me to get her to work! With his eyes squinting.Then his brother Eric came into room and said what is all the commotion about? Tilting his head and Squinting. Is it all about to go to work voice in a calm voice. Yess… Said Jeremy In a Moan. Oh, just get over it said Eric. you know what happens every single day. Chapter 3 The neighbors ideas.

Since the cats were Tired after what They just talked about they took a nap. after the cats woke up from their cat nap they outside. Then The Neighbors cat Jumped over The fence. But as the neighbors cat Jump over he hit Both of his back legs on the fence and back. Bump! Eric and Jeremy Rushed over to see if he was ok. Eric and Jeremy asked if scribble was OK and he was fine. Then scribbles Asked what Eric and Jeremy were talking about inside. Jeremy asked scribbles If his owner goes to work and scribbles replied that his owners work in a room at home so they’re all the time scribbles said.

Oh man, said Jeremy, you’re so lucky. I wish our owner worked at home Said Jeremy and Eric. Our owner works at a business building. Well… Why not just try to get your owner to work at home said scribble. That’s not a bad idea said Jeremy. Wait, Eric said I have an idea! Why not we make Luna never go to work ever again!

Although winter is fun     There’s downsides to. but don’t worry about that. Just have lots of fun during the best time of year because the snow lasts only long before there are tears.

when April comes     mud season appears. there are eggs and sweets that must be found for it is Easter and there are many sounds.

all of the migrating animals awaken from their sleep, and the Earth have returned from there long winters trip. All of the animals finding mates and making new homes i and a couple of weeks new birth will appear.

First we played Minecraft together, and we both played in jagged peaks.

Then we went outside and played our made up game that was about a winter survival game with different levels.

Then we went inside to eat lunch. We had Roman-oodles, a little cucumber and a few black berries.

And at the end we went outside to do some sledding on the ice and then went on the ice with the small sea saw that he had.

And that raps it up with what I did at my friends house this weekend.

Today at recess i was playing and having fun and than i went up on to a hill and i saw ice but i keep waking and than ow I slipped on the ice and my arm hit the ice and than a rock that’s in the ground LINNNEE UUUUPPP a teacher said. We get inside and take are snow stuff of and line up again to go to lunch and my arm stared hurting when we got to are class room i was trying to write on paper my left hand is my writing hand and that’s the arm I hurt so i went to nurse.c and i got some medicine for the pain and than i got some thing on my arm the end

It was bigger than I expected because I only got to see it from my car seat.

When we’re climbing it we had to wear these harnesses.

There was 3 level's,the paff was filled with barels,nets ,tubes and logs to balance on.

There were lots of parts where I wanted to Chernihiv back and parts that I fought I couldn’t do but my dad kept telling me and encouraging me to keep going.

At the top of the huge structure was a zip line.

When I got to the bottom , an employee was standing there waiting for people to come down.

When I got there I landed perfectly.

Then he said that I was the first person today that had landed perfectly.

I felt proud of myself for that.

Then me and my dad went on to the last 3 or 4 zip lines and left.

I also felt proud of myself for going on the huge structure and not giving up from being scared and not being able to reach something.

That is the story of when me and my dad went to monkey c monkey do.

If your reading this, your probably disappointed, how you had a chance and I don’t know probably lost it. Your one goal the thing you’ve been thinking about for months… you may have just lost. We reapeted that for at least 10 times until he got bored and left.

I asked him if he’d keep doing it with me but he said no.

Then I went back to doing it.

But I only could do it twice before I landed sideways and broke my arm.

Within seconds I was panicking like a piglet.

Then my teacher walked me to the entrance of the school and lade me on the round rug.

I was in so much pain.

I had to wait there for like 20 minutes until an ambulance came.

I had to go to 2 different hospitals.

One in Bristol and one in Portland.

For example “ťu eres bob” means “you’re bob” or “hombre” means “man” so “ ťu soy un hombre” means “ I am a man”.

Also “lache means milk in Spanish.

So also “un” is “a” In Spanish.

This is all I know now.

They were both black but one of them had white on her throat and paws and her name was QUINN and the brother was called QUENTIN.

Now… about QINTIN… he would always fart a wet and very dirty fart like every 4 or 5 minutes😂😅🥹.

But after a month he stopped.

And another thing… When he was a little guy he was very heavy and he still is.🥹

when I was putting on my coat and stuff and when I was outside, I was thinking that I would be swinging on the swing, but we made a damAt recess, I put on my boots and my jacket. Then I zip up my zipper then I go outside then I close the door I go outside and then I play with my friends for like 25 minutes then I open the door then I go inside and I go to lunch.

I think everyone in this house hates me!

And a few reasons why I think that is because…

when I walk into the kitchen the dad is at the sink and then I start rubbing my side on his legs but then he just pushes me away.

Then I just stand there like a rock like what the heck I just want to be loved.

Then he walks away from the sink and then trips on me.Then he yells at me and kicks me out of the kitchen and I hide under the kitchen table.

Another reason is…

In the morning I will go to the bedroom doors at 6:14am and start scratching the door.

Then the someone will come out and push me away and go back to sleep.

Other days I’ll scratch the door and then I’m aloud to go in but the second I finely get to come in I’ll want to go and I’ll start to get to work on scratching the door and then everyone will get angry😠.

Now… here is a few reasons why I think people do like me in this house.

Whenever I walk to someone and they pick me up they’ll start petting me.

I finally get attention from someone in this house.

Book finished, I check the time,
and gasp. What was I thinking?!

It’s okay, I have to remind myself. I posted it hours ago.

I’m a write-at-night kind of blogger. Dinner put away, lesson plans completed, I sink into the couch, rest my laptop on my stretched-out legs, and let my mind wander back over the day.

The trouble is, sometimes that leads to a stay-up-overly-late kind of blogging. Or a too-tired-to-write-so-I’ll-stay-up-even-later-procrastinating kind of blogging. Or a just-write-anything-so-what-if-it’s-bad-writing-as-long-as-it’s-posted-before-midnight kind of blogging.

For years I’ve envied the slicers who casually remark on the posts they’ve written ahead of time, all lined up, ready to submit, not to mention the posts I see time-stamped before I’ve even gotten out of bed. Why can’t I be like them? I envy.

But I like my feet-up-on-the-couch, mind-reviewing-the-day style of posting.

And so this year, I decided to try something new. Post a slice in the morning, write a slice at night that can be edited and posted in the morning.

It’s been working out great.

Except for one thing–my brain hasn’t caught up with my new routine. Invariably, several times throughout the evening I feel a rising sense of panic about my slice. It’s after dinner and I haven’t submitted a slice. Why aren’t I sitting down writing at this moment?

Maybe I can retrain my brain. Or maybe I’ll simply let myself fall behind, and go back to old habits.

Then, when I feel the panic, at least it will be warranted.

The rain had stopped, but was considering an encore and providing a splattering, drumming soundtrack to its indecision.

The earthy scent of mud floated on the air.

As I stepped off the porch, instead of the slick solidity of our mini-ice shelf, or even the crunch of snow and ice underfoot, I felt a soft squelch.

All things thaw. What has been hard will grow softer. Even the weather, even the ground, even life.

While I hovered near the bathroom door, I shouldn’t have struck up a conversation with the guidance counselor, but she was standing right by the copier in the library. I needed to check in with her and hadn’t had a chance yet. She had a few minutes, I had a few minutes, we shifted into an empty room and talked about kids.

When the conversation ended a few minutes later, my students were gone from the library. That meant they were probably in the classroom, unattended. Now I had missed my opportunity to go to the bathroom AND they were probably causing chaos in the classroom. I imagined the ones who would probably be doing parkour off the furniture, the ones getting caught up in intense conversations that would be hard to rein in, the ones upset with the chaos. Or maybe they would all be hiding, squeezed behind furniture I’d rather they didn’t squeeze behind. I shouldn’t have struck up a conversation with the guidance counselor.

I hurried back to the classroom and stepped inside with trepidation. The room was quiet when I walked inside. I first glanced toward the cubbies–where kids usually congregate to socialize and make mayhem, but no one was there.

Instead, they were all sitting in a circle on the rug. Their books were out, and they were reading.

Readers, it was the best part of my day.

What should have happened, did.

A robin appears out of a bush and flits across the road, to land atop a snow pile.

Does it know it is a harbinger of spring?

I sat in my rocking chair next to the wood stove and drank tea.

I had resolved to take more walks, but my resolve today was suspended, frozen halfway down in ice.

But groceries called, and so I finally stepped out of the house, encased in long underwear, turtleneck sweater, heated vest.

And the sun was shining. The air was cold but crisp. When I walked to my car, ice cracked deliciously under my feet.

And so I decided to bypass my car door and walk a little ways down the road. The grocery store wouldn’t be closing anytime soon, there was nothing else I needed to do. Why not take advantage of the perfect ice-cracking opportunity and get at least a few steps in?

With my winter coat zipped and the hood over my hat, I was warm enough with the movement so that when I reached the top of the hill–the turning-around point on lazy days–I decided I may as well walk to the bottom of the hill. And when I reached the bottom of the hill….well, then it was only a short distance more to the beach, where I could watch the ocean waves rolling in. Why not?

Despite the wind, the waves were small and steady–a soundtrack to the calm I wanted to feel.

The sun shone. The sky was a perfect blue.

Here and there at the entrance to the beach, instead of ice, were muddy puddles–a reminder that mud season (spring) is on its inevitable way.

Amidst the sunlight streaming through the storefront windows, amidst the rainbow of colors covering the walls, women fill the aisles.

I had imagined a fairly empty store when I pictured asking for advice on a project to start. Yarn shops aren’t my place. In the metaphor of the knitting community I’m peeking in the windows, not standing inside taking up a storekeeper’s time.

“I have this yarn my mom brought me back from a trip to Iceland last summer,” I explain. “So now I have to do something with it. And it’s beautiful, so I want to, but I don’t need any more scarves, and I’m a beginner, so I need something really easy.”

The shop keeper–Lynn, her name tag reads–smiles at me. “When you say you’re a beginner, do you mean this is your first project?”

I try to describe the years of easy projects I’ve done, the pleasure I get from the mindfulness of simple patterns.

“Oh, so you’re looking for a new challenge,” Lynn grins.

Well….not exactly. I mean, as a teacher, I guess I should embrace challenges, but honestly, life feels challenging enough these days. “Um….not really anything TOO challenging,” I hedge.

“But you’re looking to make something new.” It seems that Lynn has me pegged for a knitter, someone who is going to grow into harder and harder projects and love every bit of the process. And I guess ideally I would like to know something more than I currently do, but I’d like that knowledge to come automatically, without the work I’d have to put in to gain it.

Lynn kindly finds me a free pattern and brightly tells me a few things about it in words that sound maybe half-familiar. She tells me I’m welcome to drop by the store any time if I need help–or even call, and they’ll help me over the phone. I nod politely and expect there will be some YouTube knitting videos in my future.

I eventually leave the store with a few more balls of yarn and go on with the rest of my day, but the idea hovers around me. I could be the kind of person who looks for new challenges. I could be excited to make something new. Maybe that’s what I want to tell myself in the days–weeks–months ahead–so far into the future that it becomes a habit and a new part of my identity–yes, I’m ready for a new challenge.

Theoretically, that is.

Today, I’m maybe ready for a mug of hot chocolate and an old challenge.

But there’s a new knitting pattern in my bag, and a knitting community ready to embrace me. Just like with our writing community, perhaps it’s time to jump in.

Also it’s grade separated because there’s different size bikes. I’ve read like 11 books maybe more but yeah that’s what were doing at school.

At. trout brook farm camp ground and we. climbed a mountain and I slipped like 13 feet before stoping because I stepped off the trail a little bit and i for got the name and we saw mt. Kahtadin it was cool to look at. and i caught sooo much fish like more than 15 fish. and I jumped off a bridge and landed on something than hurt soo much and I couldn’t swim so i waited for the wind to take me to the shore and. i found a natural water slide I recommend going to Baxter please.

Then it refused to come out. No matter how hard I pulled, it stayed inside the container.

Its escalation meant I had to escalate as well. I pried apart the plastic container and unwound the amount of floss I needed.

The floss wasn’t happy with me. It tried its hardest to keep me from cutting off the section I needed each night.

Then it took to jumping out of the container and rolling on the floor.

Then it took to refusing to go back into its container.

I thought about letting the floss win. I had a standby container sitting in the medicine cabinet. But what was I going to do with the half-used container? Keep it sitting on a shelf forever? Throw away perfectly useable floss? No, I refused to back down.

Our war began in earnest. I shoved, prodded, unwound, rewound the floss night after night.

The floss stuck, jumped ship, frayed, refused to be cut.

I took to keeping the container propped open.

The container took to jumping out at me whenever I opened the medicine cabinet.

Last night the container detached its translucent window and shot it at me, clattering into the sink, while the spool of floss unwound from both ends.

Luckily, I’m bigger and stronger. I’d had enough. I prodded and maneuvered the window, container, and spool back into place, popped the container closed, and pulled the floss out the proper opening.

Still, the end of this roll of floss can’t come too soon.–For both of us!

‘’Shhhhhhhhhh’’ T said I have very angry look on my face.‘’ I’m trying to listen to my show’’ she groans. I get back up and try to do a handstand ONE more time ‘’ I DID IT I DID IT!’’ I scream ‘’ awesome’’ T replied ‘’guess what’’ I say. ‘’What’’ T said ‘’I’m going to do another one’’ I say!

I don’t know if it’s a he or a she but I’m just going to say it’s a he.

Without his feathers he would be probably a bit smaller than a golf ball.

With his feathers he’s the size of a golf ball and 3 nickels.

Either way he’d be cute and I’d still love him.

My usual morning cup of tea is long-gone, but I’m still slouching over the breakfast table and groaning at the idea of packing a lunch for school.

“Is today a coffee day?” my chipper husband asks.

“YES!” is the answer.

I try to muster up enthusiasm to check my calendar and do tasks best tackled sooner rather than later, but instead I just sit, while Randy putters around the kitchen filling the coffee maker and setting it to percolate for me, then disappears into his office to be productive.

When I hear the final, throat-clearing gurgles of the coffee maker, I sigh, heave myself up from my chair, and shuffle to fill my travel mug. Coffee and cream poured, I look around for the sugar bowl. Usually I hoist out the huge container of sugar I keep on hand for baking, but I just saw the sugar bowl recently, and it will take less effort to bring that over to my mug.

“Where was it?” I try to remember. I thought it was on the counter, but when I look around, the counters are bare. “Did Randy put it back in a cabinet?” We don’t use it often, so he might have. I check the cabinet where the coffee maker is stored; it seems a logical place for something we mostly only use when someone drinks coffee, but the sugar bowl isn’t there.

“Is it in a different cabinet?” I wonder. I open all the cabinets I can imagine it fitting in, but don’t find the bowl in any of them.

Finally I give up and get the large container of sugar.

As I’m spooning sugar into my mug, Randy comes back into the kitchen.

“Where did you hide the sugar bowl?” I ask him.

“This one?” he asks, pointing to the windowsill in front of the sink.

There it is, sitting in plain view, next to the spice rack I use all the time.

“Yep,” I say. “I can’t believe you put it in such a sneaky place.”

“Well, you know how I like to make things challenging for you in the morning,” he says, as he puts the lid on my coffee mug and washes my breakfast dishes.

It’s almost as bad as the time he hid the paper towels on top of the refrigerator.

When I get one I usually can finish it in at least 8 minutes.

When I look at them I can see the taste

in them. At the bottom the bun is puffy, but as it goes up, its spiraling path is covered with a white, crisp, translucent cream. In between each separating cliff, you can see the sparkling cinnamon crisping.

The cinnamon is sticky and gooey, but when you look at it, it looks dry and powdery.

When I smell them I can sense the sweetness and the bitterness of the flavor.

And when I eat one that is fresh it makes my stomach ache but when they’ve been out of the oven for like at least 15 minutes then they taste great!

And then, another vehicle.

A golf cart rumbles along the shoulder and turns right into a long driveway.

From my angle, I can only see one passenger: golden hair, long snout, floppy ears, sitting up like the good boy I’m sure he is.

I know he isn’t really the driver, but from my angle, he could be. I watch the golf cart until it’s out of sight, fur waving in the wind, enjoying a bit of spring sunshine.

‘’ Hi Mom’’ I say in a nice way ‘’Hi Kenna’’ she says back’’.

‘’I’m leaving in a little bit’’. ‘’

‘’Noooooo’’ T, says.

‘’Don’t worry’’ she says, you ,Kenna and J, will get to have a sleepover!

Is what I hear as I walk in the woods when I step on the underbrush.

I like to hear that when I’m walking in the woods… buuut when I’m trying to see the squirrels ,the birds and the chipmunks or playing hide and seek it’s a bit of a problem because every were I step it alerts every one that someone is near.

I wrote down in my note book: reeeh!-car.

I then heard people talking in the distance wah ah hah a he, it sounded weird but i knew it was people then i heard a bird eh eh eh! The bird chirped then we had to go in crunch, crunch, crunch i heard as we stepped on they gravel/dirt.

Before he was putt to sleep I really did start to care about him and whished that I did more things with him and was nicer.

I really missed him that night.

Finally the soft-spoken bus driver says, “I think that’s everything,” and lowers his notes. I sign an internal sigh of relief but then he asks, “Any questions?”

The middle schoolers are all silent. They’ve heard this before. They just want to get off the bus and be free to joke around with friends.

The 3rd and 4th graders are all silent. They were listening (mostly), and the information is straightforward.

The 1st and 2nd graders are all silent. They are BIG KIDS now, and want to show how much they know.

We’re almost there. If everyone stays quiet for another moment, we’ll move into practicing exiting the bus. Freedom is within reach.

But there are also preschoolers and kindergartners on the bus, and to them, an invitation to ask a question is a wonderful thing.

A tiny arm shoots up in the front of the bus.

“Yes?” the bus driver smiles at the kindergartner. The rest of us deflate. We know kindergartners. We could be here all day.

“I once…” the child starts, but her teacher jumps in.

“That’s not a question,” Ms. P. says. “You can tell your story when we get back to class.”

The hand goes down. The bus is silent again.

“Any other questions?” the bus driver asks. He’s a master of wait time. We teachers can appreciate the craft, even if not the timing.

“Any?” the bus driver asks again.From the front row, a hand is just barely visible above the seat back.

“Yes?” the bus driver asks.

“My uncle…” the child starts.

“That’s not a question,” Ms. P. says again. “You can tell your story later.”

The kindergarten hands stay down. Students jump smoothly out of the back of the bus. Students jostle and talk on the way back to class.

Thank goodness for the superpower of kindergarten teachers, able to distinguish a story from a question in only two words!

Just want to say happy birthday to my mom

I was a little nervous to enter. We got a ticket and walked in, we started by looking at the knifes then we saw some hunting rifles. We kept walking and saw some assault rifles most of them were like $1200 dollars, so we didn’t buy those then something caught my eye it was a Glock 18 we went over and it had some attachments like a flashlight and red dot sight sadly it was $970 dollars. But then I finally found it was a mounted turret it wasn’t for sale but if it was it would be $50,000 then my dad took a picture of me with it. Then the owner of it came over and let me hold a fully automatic UZI which is a type of machine gun, it was really heavy. I also saw a grenade launcher.

I wanted to buy a revolver and me and my dad had a hole talk about buying it in the end we didn’t buy it but when we got home we regretted it. we did end up buying 3 knifes though.

When we had about like an hour and a half to go — we were on a road that was about 3 hours away from the nearest hospital. There was a whole line of cars on the other side of the road and the one that was behind the car in the front decided to go in front of it.

When it was cutting in front it was going over the slush that was in the middle of the road so it started to loose control and slid off the road and then went into the ditch and it through a huge piece of a rotting log onto out side of the road — about twenty feet away from the car the went into the ditch.

Then my dad slammed the brakes and when we stopped it was only about four feet in front of our car.
