It works fine when the bottle is full, but when there is little product left in the bottle, it is almost impossible to fully dispense the remaining content without having to open the bottle cap and pour it out directly. What's worse is if the content is of thicker consistency, one will have to wait for it to flow out slowly. Hello Everyone. I am Pui Kuan and working as a Assistant Relationship Manager in a Banking and Finance sector.

What frustrates me? This pre-task really gets me thinking.

Workplace - I often encountered senior citizens who is not IT savvy and has difficulties accessing their internet banking. Although I have tried being patience and guide them through the internet banking process using simple words face to face at the bank, there will still be problems hindering them. Firstly, they might easily forget their login ID and password. Thus, there is a need for reset. They usually also pen the login details on paper which might get misplaced easily. Secondly, they have trouble in navigating the page to perform the task they want. They are too many services available on the page which makes them difficult to locate which one is the right one. Thirdly, they might not understand English.

Here are my ideas to improve each of the above mentioned problems for my company's internet banking which catered for Senior Citizens:
- Implement login using thumb print
- Customize a user friendly simple navigation (eg. Add only the services they would use)
- Enable users to change language (eg. Chinese)
