after figures in the catholic religion. Socializing was all over campus. Students in groups chatting

animatedly outside Monty’s, people were on their phones near academic buildings, and athletes

were finishing up training near Taffner Field House. The space encouraged movement, guiding

people toward their driven destinations while allowing moments for people to pause and reflect

by themselves or with others.
