Restorative Justice is an effective disciplinary approach for students that have made bad choices and need to change their bad choices and make them into positive changes. I believe that Restorative Justice can work at Carolina High School because there are a lot of students that make bad choices at school and outside of school. They dont choose to change their ways, and continue to do bad things. This can help students achieve a growth mindset also.

I think restorative justice would work here at Carolina High School because it gives students a chance to explain why they choose to do whatever they, and shows the students how their choice affected other people.
