Before we know it, the people who suffer from depression commit suicide. <br><br>●Supporting sentence <br>First of all in order to help them you need to keep in mind that the person with depression isn’t communicating well right now, and is probably speaking slower and less clearly. Be patient and don’t interrupt. Don’t be judgmental.<br><br>●2nd supporting sentence <br>Besides that, remember that the depressed person is not being lazy. Think of when you’re really sick and you can barely get out of bed to go to the bathroom. As students we tend to spend too much time on social media sites and answering emails, texts and phone calls. Sociability is fun, but too much of it, can lead to more stress.<br> <br>• Supporting sentence 2 : <br>Moreover, you may think that if you don't have the time to sleep and eat properly, you definitely don't have the time to exercise. Fair enough, but if you're feeling stressed, it may be that you need to squeeze it in somehow. Exercise doesn't necessarily have to involve a 2-hour, exhausting workout at the campus gym. It can mean a relaxing. For example is 30-minute walk while listening to your favorite music. <br><br>• Supporting sentence 3 :<br>Lastly, avoid procrastination.
