This quote in page 16, is really significant from my point of view. Not only impacts the reader, but also represents the horrors of the war that affected such innocent lives like babies.

The city of Guernica, which was of the socialist and republican side in the war, had a lot of innocent people who died due that bombing, Spain hadn't been attacked in that way, the civil war had only been a land, war but when the axis helped Franco and the Soviet Union helped the republicans the war was fatal.

The event represented in this artwork is similar to ww2 and the holocaust, it happened only few years earlier, and it was a dictator who caused it.

Which reminds me to the holocausts death and suffer periods where people died of hunger not only in the concentration camps but also in the invaded countries such as France and Poland where a lot of the civilians died in the streets and lost their homes.

The movie is about a jewish family in Italy is sent to a concentration camp and how the father, named Guido, invents an elaborate fantasy to protect his son and make him believe that the situation in which their both in is just a game.

Its really similar to Night, both the father and son have to overcome and survive the Nazis.

It has a fantastic story and a great actuation, I really recommend this movie to anyone.
