I was born and raised in Melbourne. I am an English teacher at Greenwich College. At the moment, I teach IELTS in the evenings. I love my job and I love helping people from all over the world to learn English.

I am 54 years-old. I like gardening, cooking, and cats. I have 3 cats: Connie, Carla and Jimmy. I also have 6 hens (chickens) and a frog. I get between 4 and five eggs a day from my chickens. That's far too many for me to eat so I give a lot away to friends and family.
Food is one of my great passions. I love all kinds of cuisine, especially Thai. My favourite colour is orange and my nickname is Deano.
