I'm an Indian guy, the bully me at school for being Indian, I like to play cricket and eat cuscus and chicken tikka mashala with a lot of curry. I don't know what to do, I'm desesperate, I miss my old Indian friends and also my Indian nuevadeli school that was bombed. My parents don't love me and they hit me with the belt and it hurts a lot. I also like a girl in my class but she doesn't love me because I'm really ugly and my Indian accent doesn't sound really atracctive to girls. Please I need help people in my school need to include me in their friends groups, also they have to stop war because I wan't to return to India.

Hi! I`m Rigoberto and it`s my firt day in my new highschool. The last month of summer I was a bit scared of what would happen in my new school because I have cancer, and because of my medicine I`m bald, thing that in my old school caused me problems.

In the first day some people laughed at me at the hall, but they were older than me, so I thought that in my class that wouldn`t happen, but I was wrong.

The people said that I looked like a pool ball.

So I remained alone during the whole year.

Hello, I'm William and I've been in school for a few weeks and my classmates have alredy pigeonhole me as a boring person. The problem is that I'm shy and it takes me a bit more time to get used to the class although I'm willing to try to be more social. I know it will be overwhelming to have to talk with more people but doing this will make my life less dull and I'll meet nice people . In the end it will be worthwhile and I could better my studies and overall happiness by just doing small things.

Hello, my name is Mauro and I just changed to a new high school a week ago.

I met a girl, she’s in my class. She’s very pretty and kind but she’s popular and I’m just the new guy.

I’m afraid about talking to her, what happens if she rejects me? I would be shattered if she does it.

This situation causes me a lot of anxiety, I don’t know what to do.

Hi! I´m Miriam, last week I accidentaly made a big mistake. I though it was a good idea to change my appareance by cutting my hair, and it has been an absolutly disaster, I´m gutted with myself.

Since I was a kid I always wanted to have a fringe, so I thought it was a good idea to cut it by myself, cause I didn´t want my parents to know about it. Now, I wish I had say it to my mom because she would have made me change my mind. When I arrive school the day after I cut my fringe, everyone started laughing at me, and now I feel so embarrassed about it.

So, please, what can I do to fix my hair? I´m scared stiff of arriving school next week and everyone making fun of me.

Hello! I am Alonso.

I would like to take the B2 Cambridge exam, but I do not relly know how to study for it.

I have been trying a lot of different techniques like flashcards, mindmaps, readig books, explaining the contents as if I were a teacher. But none of these study methods give me the results I wanted to have.

I need to be ready for the different parts of the exam, the reading, listening, speaking and the writing, so I need to study in a different way for each one. I already know how to learn some parts. The listening and the speaking its all practice. The ones I do not know how to prepare are the writing and reading.

I would really apreciate you to give me some tips for prepare the Cambrige exam.

Hi! Im Paula and Im in 1st of ESO in a new school and I only have one friend that I know since kindergarden, but this year I really want to make new friends. The problem is that Sophie is very toxic with friendships, she gets angry if I talk to other peolpe, and it makes it very difficult to make new friends. I was thinking on talking to some girls in my class that look very nice, but Im scared if they dont want to include me in their group and also im worried if Sophie finds out and stops being my friend. I dont want to lose her, but I also want to meet new peolpe.

I am Lucía, and I have a problem.

A few days ago, my coach told me to be the capitan of the cheerleading team in the highschool. Until then, my best friend had been the capitan of the team, but she broke her arm and now she can´t be the capitan anymore. She can´t even attend training sessions.

It is a temporary decision by my coach for me to be the capitan instead, but my best friend, Ana, got angry with me because of that. My coach had to make a quick decision because the next football match is this Wednesday.

I really need help with this, because Ana is very important for me and I can´t loose her just because of this stupid problem.

Im Samantha and the school year started a few weeks ago. This time I wasn´t scared of starting because I had my two best friends in my class, but I just found out that they are talking bad about me. I was gobsmaked when one of my classmates told me.

I´m Javier and i had always been a quiet guy, but this year, things started to change. On my first day at school, I noticed some classmates making fun about my clothes and my shyness. At first, I tried to ignore it, but the teasing grew worse and I found it harder to focus in class. My best friend started to put me away and I felt more and more alone. One afternoon I decided to talk with the school principal. With her help I realized that I wasen´t the only one on the same situation, because many of my classmates had their own problems. Over time, I started to recover my confidence and feel more confortable about myself.

Hello, I'm Héctor and I'm an exchange student. I'm here because my parents want me to study languages and stop misbehaving. I feel bad. I wish I could be normal and have friends. Here in Ireland, there are some kids who bully me and they're doing worse and worse things to me. The only thing that makes me forget about it is when I'm on the rugby field, but the bullies have joined the team, and I'm thinking about quitting.
