Behaviorism: What we see is what we know. Observable behavioral, we can measure and verify. STIMULI
Humanistic: Experiences shape us, we are who we are because of what happens in our lives. WE choose our behavior 
Biological: Our bodies make us. Biological. Our Nervous system gives us our dreams and thoughts. Hormones and genes change us.
Cognitive: Our thoughts control who we are. We do things by mental programs similar to a software. Influenced by values.
Social-cultural: Our society shapes us, race family and morals develop us.
