Al-Bayyinah (ayat 5):

وَمَآ اُمِرُوْٓا اِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مُخْلِصِيْنَ لَهُ الدِّيْنَ ەۙ حُنَفَاۤءَ وَيُقِيْمُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكٰوةَ وَذٰلِكَ دِيْنُ الْقَيِّمَةِۗ ۝٥

They are not commanded, except to worship God with sincere obedience to Him and hanif (istikamah), perform salat, and pay zakat. That is the straight (true) religion.

this means that we have to ikhlas in seeking knowledge cause it is one of ibadah so our intention have to be for Allah not for worldly.

°2.respect for teacher 

We have to show deep respect for your teacher  with listen to them attentively, follow their guidence with humility and never be rude to them so we can get their blessing and we'll be more easy to receive knowledge form our teacher.

°3. patience (sabr)

Ali Imran ayat 200
يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوا اصْبِرُوْا وَصَابِرُوْا وَرَابِطُوْاۗ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ ࣖ
Meaning: "O you who believe! Be patient and strengthen your patience and stay ready (at the border of your country) and fear God so that you will be successful.

this ayat teach us to be patience therefore we have to sabr in seeking knowledge and be more persistent so that we can recieve success.

°4.Humility(tawadhu')

-We have to stay humble and be open to learning with other so we can get more knowledge and people we'll be easy to share knowledge with us .

°5.Diligence and effort 

In seeking knowledge of course we have to work hard and be diligent by

making the best use of you time and resources so we can discover more knowledge time by time without waste.

°6.sharing knowledge 

Share our knowledge with other by helping to educate or guide other people such as friend in respectful and clear manner cause as we know the more we share ,more we will get .

°7.Time management 

Manage time wisely by balancing study with rest and other responsibility therefore we can focus on one thing at a time to be more organized so we won't be in a mess

*Surah Al-Isra' (19-21)

وَمَنْ أَرَادَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ وَسَعَىٰ لَهَا سَعْيَهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌۭ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ كَانَ سَعْيُهُم مَّشْكُورًۭا ١٩ كُلًّۭا نُّمِدُّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ وَهَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ مِنْ عَطَآءِ رَبِّكَ ۚ وَمَا كَانَ عَطَآءُ رَبِّكَ مَحْظُورًا ٢٠ ٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍۢ ۚ وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ أَكْبَرُ دَرَجَـٰتٍۢ وَأَكْبَرُ تَفْضِيلًۭا ٢١

Meaning:

And whoever desires the hereafter and strives to do good deeds for the hereafter with efforts worthy of him, while he believes, then those who are in such a situation will be rewarded for their efforts.

Every group of both, the worldly group and the hereafter We extend to them from the gift of your Lord (O Muhammad); and no gift of your Lord is blocked (from anyone).

Look at how We made some of them more than others (in the sustenance that We gave) and indeed the gifts in the hereafter are greater in degrees of difference and greater in additions to their advantages.

• From this ayat i learn that we were separate to two group which is worldly group and hereafter group and both of those group will got the gift from Allah which is Riqz without blocked but some of them who believe in Allah will get more than other and it also said about how great the gift in hereafter more than anything .

• This ayat make me realized that the pleasure of the world is just temporary and what I really need to do is pursuing the blessing of the hereafter

• Those thing that I learn from Al-Quran is a evidence that Al-Quran is a guidance for us to make sure we not going astray from the path that Allah made for us.This also mean Al-Quran give a lot of advantage for us such as the surah Al-Mulk that can be our protection from the torment of the grave .

• With all of this I really hope that we will always stay in our path as Islam with Al- Quran as our best and pure guidance .

- belief that Allah ﷻ sent a messenger to call every human to worship Allah alone without any partners and belief that all Allah’s messengers were truthful and rightly-guided servants who strove hard to guide their people to the right path

• BELIEVE IN HEREAFTER

 Allas SWT says in Surah al-Baqarah;(2:2);

And who believe in what has been revealed to you, (O Muhammad), and what was revealed before you, and of the hereafter they are certain (in faith).

-We have to belief that this world in not remain forever and it will come to the end which call as Qiyamah Day and we will be through the judgement then will be end up in paradise or hell depending on the merits and sins committed in world

• BELIEVE IN QADA AND QADAR

   Allah SWT says in Surah Al Qamar; (54:49)

   

  Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz).

-We have to belief that everything that we going through or we will go through have been written by Allah in Qada & Qadar and everything will happen as Allah command and will.

• 4 COMPONENTS OF QADA’ AND QADAR

1. Knowledge

   -Allah know what happened, what is happening now, what will happen in the future, If something didn’t happen then He will know what would have happened if it happened.

    

2. Writing

   -Allah has written all His knowledge of the fate of His creatures in the Preserved Tablet

3. Will

   -Allah wills the presence or absence of everything in the heavens and in the earth. Nothing can exist without His

4. Creation

   -we believe that Allah is the Creator of everything and anything, even Death, although it is the absence of Life

^ with this lesson of this week i can know deeper about pillar of Iman make me understood the reason why we must to belief in those 6 pillar of iman to be a better muslim .So with that , I hope this knowledge can lead me to be better in future as a muslim

• IHSAN

  -combined with other object in Al-Quran and Hadis

  -Surah An-Nisa (4;36)

  ~And you should worship God and do not associate anything with Him; and you should do good to both parents, and relatives, and orphans, and the poor, and near neighbors, and distant neighbors, and peers, and travelers who are stranded, and also the servant you have. Indeed, Allah does not like those who are arrogant and boastful;

  -Hadith narrated by Abi Ya'la bin A'us RA, the words of the Prophet

  فَِإذَا قَ تَ ْلتُم فَأَْحِسنُوا الِْقْت لَةَ,َوإِذَا ذََْبتُم فَأَْحِسنُوا الِِّذَْبَةَ: SAW

  Meaning: If you kill then kill with

  good, and when you slaughter then slaughter with

  good

  Muslim Narrated Hadith (1955)

• Conclusion :

  ^ISLAM ,IMAN & IHSAN will help us in the hereafter life

• Adab with Parents

  1. conveys deep respect and intense love for parent

  2. did not insult or confront parent for their wrong behaviour

  3. talk nicely to parent

  4. pray good thing for our parent

  * as Nabi Ibrahim A.S did to his father in surah Maryam (19;41-50)

• Adab in Friendship

  1.share with each other

  2.stay away from gihbah

  3.cheerful face

  4.forgive eaach other

  5.don't be arrogant

  6.do not whispering when three are together

  7.do not mocking each other

  8.do not point sharp thing object

  
  

• From the topic of this week , I learn that adab give a big impact in our life as a muslim so everyone should know and practice the adab in daily life so we can improve ourself in the better way ,plus we can take care our relationship with other such as parent and friend . So,I hope that we all will be used to practic adab in our life.

HIKMAH and EDUCATION

• NIYYAH

  -> set good niyyah in everything we do

  -> niyyah everything you do for Allah so you can get what you want with the bless from Allah SWT

  -> example : being here at CFS and study with niyyah you study for Allah as an Ibadah as a servant so you get the knowledge andd blessing from Allah SWT.

  -> How to set right NIYYAH ?

  1. Sincerity

  2. Purity of intention

  3. Clarity

  4. Focus

  5. Consistency

• AMAL

  -> the practice of performing good deeds and acts of worship.

  -> do amal with good niyyah and sincerity to worship Allah swt

  -> example :

  • SOLAT

  • ZAKAT

  • FASTING

  • HAJJ

  • KINDNESS

• EHSAN

  -> "You worship to Allah SWT as if you see Him. Even if you cannot see Him, indeed He sees you." ( HADIS JIBRIL)

  -> positive virtues that are considered to be essential for leading a good life.

  -> example : honesty,humility and patience

from this lesson , I learn that niyyah are very important when we do anything and in every action you do must be ask either Allah bless that thing or not so you can avoid doing bad thing . just enjoy the journey and the hikmah behind it that Allah has set for you.

TAHARAH :

1. The body

   • should not be any najasah or impurity on the body

2. The clothing

   • Should be clean from najasah and cover the aurah

3. The place in which prayer is offered

   • should be clean from najasah

WHAT IS KHUSYU'?

• Meaning :

  • act of the heart (feeling afraid and fearful)

  • The action of someone, who they are calm, does not do or think of anything unbeneficial in prayer.

  • LITERALLY: Calmness, Humility, Fear, and Humbleness

  • TERMINOLOGICALLY: A state of the heart characterized by humility, submission, and attentiveness to Allah during acts of worship, particularly in solat

    
    

• WHY IS KHUSYU' IMPORTANT?

  • Make solat meaningful and spiritually fulfilling.

  • Demonstrates complete submission and devotion to Allah

• How to archieve Khusyu'?

  • Prepare mentally and physically: Purify intentions, perform wudu', and wear clean attire.

  • Understand the meaning of recitations.

  • Choose a quiet and clean place for solat

  • Avoid distraction

  • Visualize standing before Allah.

• TECHNIQUES TO MAINTAIN KHUSYU':

  • Focus on every movement and recitation.

  • Slow down and avoid rushing.

  • Reflect on the significance of each action.

  • Make Dua for khusyu'

• HOW TO GET KHUSYU'?

  • Prepare for Solat

    • If we prepare we can solat early so we not rushing to do anything

  • Cleaning yourself and beggar

    • can feel comfortable while solat

  • Don't solat when the food has been served.

    • won't be distracted by the food cause of hunger

  • Don't solat in a state of urinary retention.

    • can focus on solat

EFFECTS OF KHSYU' IN DAILY LIFE AND HEREAFTER

• Increases mindfulness and discipline.

• Strengthens connection with Allah SWT

• Promotes inner peace and reduces stress

• Rewards in the hereafter: Acceptance of prayers and closeness to Allah

1. Al-Ta'ah(submission/loyalty)

2. Al-Jihad(struggle in the path of Allah)

3. Tawaddu'(humility/humbleness)

4. Muhasabah(reflection)

5. Iffah(modesty/self-restraintfrom sinful behavior)

AL-TA'AH

• Obedience to Allah's command

• Example: In Salah > bowing and prostration signify submission

• Salah reminds us of our purpose and servitude to Allah.

AL-JIHAD

• Overcoming distractions to maintain focus

• Battling the self to achieve Khusyu'

MUHASABAH

• Self-accountability and Self-contemplation

• Salah>Time for self-reflection and seeking forgiveness

• Encourage a purified heart and a clear conscience.

TAWADDU'

• Acknowledgement of one's position as a servant of Allah.

• Salah> Physical acts like bowing and prostration demonstrate humility.

• Removes arrogance and instills gratitude.

• Develops a humble attitude in daily interaction.

IFFAH

• Avoidance of sinful behavior and desires.

• Salah > Reminder of Allah's presence fosters modesty in thoughts and action

  > Nurtures self-discipline and moral integrity

• A barrier against sins and worldly distraction

With Khusyu' in salah we can shape a believer's character and strengthen the bond with Allah SWT

• Act of worship involves abstaining from food, drink, sexual relations, and sinful behavior from dawn until sunset during the month of Ramadan.

BENEFITS OF FASTING

1. Eternal reward

   • Act of worship done sincerely to Allah as they obey Allah's commands and strive to improve themselves spiritually.

2. Develop self-control

   • Control oneself from doing bad deeds

3. Strengthens Taqwa

   • Increased prayers, reading the Quran, dzikir, and doing good deeds bring them closer to Allah.

4. Boost digestive health

   • The digestive system gets a break, which may aid in its overall function and recovery.

5. Becoming a righteous person

   • Prevent ourselves from immorality.

6. Improved metabolism

   • Fasting may enhance metabolic health by promoting fat-burning and lowering insulin resistance.

THINGS THAT INVALIDATE FASTING

1. Eating and drinking deliberately

2. Vomiting intentionally

3. Sexual intercourse

4. Masturbation

5. Haid or Nifas bleeding

6. Taking nutritional injection

7. Smoking

   
   

• Literal meaning: Growth, increase, cleanliness, and betterment

• Technical meaning: A determined share of wealth prescribed by God to be distributed among deserving categories

• Differentiates from tax systems: Zakah promotes spiritual purification and social responsibility

THE VIRTUES OF ZAKAH

• TAWAKKUL (RELIANCE ON ALLAH)

  • Training Muslims to rely on Allah swt rather than material wealth

  • Assurance that Allah swt will replace what is given for His sake

• UKHUWWAH

  • Foster love, empathy, and unity among Muslims

  • Purifies society from envy and hatred

• BRIDGING RELATIONSHIP

  • vertical correlation: Relationship with Allah swt

  • horizontal correlation: Relationship with fellow humans combines spiritual and social dimensions

• CATEGORY OF ZAKAT RECIPIENTS

  1. Fakir

     (someone who has no means to sustain his/her daily life)

  2. Miskin

     (one with sufficient means to meet their basic needs)

  3. Amil

     (one who is appointed to collect Zakat)

  4. Muallaf

     (one who recently embraced Islam)

  5. Riqab

     (the children of zakat recipients)

  6. Gharmin

     (one who is in dept)

  7. Fisabillah

     (one who strives in the cause of Allah swt)

  8. Ibnussabil

     (stranded travelers on a permissible journey)
