Hi, I am really enjoying your curriculum and have a request/suggestion for easier use. I just listened to the Role of Carbon NORI podcast and there was no time stamp on it, so I had no way of knowing how long it would run, or estimating how much bandwidth it would use to listen. Could you please post such things in a way that these variables are discernible? Many thanks!

Understanding changes in work load and time commitments when moving from traditional management to carbon/conservation management.

As I work with producers and introduce them to these concepts, many of them show great interest and willingness to implement a carbon farm plans. As a non-farmer, however; I have a blind spot in understanding how certain changes in management practices will impact a producer's management program, schedule, and work time. I look forward to learning more and understanding how specific changes in management or implementation of CF practices will decrease, increase, or alter existing management commitments. Producers often ask "what will it take to do this?" and tend to be keenly interested if it will save them time in the short and long-run. -Joseph Button

One of the graphs appeared to show that heavy textured soils respond differently to no-till, compared to other soils. The heavy textured soils did not appear to develop more soil carbon over time with no-till, whereas other soils did. Could you elaborate on how we should apply those findings to our planning?
