That being said, there is a hierarchy in which we follow.  
b.      The director is accountable to the show coordinator.  They are the producer of the show.  The show coordinator assures that all aspects of the show are within our unique CYT culture and that we are all following protocol.  Your show coordinator is the most important person with whom to communicate.  They will set the tone for the entire show experience.  
c.      The Show Coordinator is accountable to the regional coordinator if there is a regional coordinator and ultimately to the Artistic Director.
