They do not have the responsibility of having to care for and feeding an actual cat. Koh et al. noted that people with dementia are kept safe from zoonotic diseases and animal aggression. The cost of medications for dementia can put a financial strain on individuals. As Fogelson et al. noted, some individuals may have to pay for medication out-of-pocket which some are unable to do. A robotic cat is a non-pharmacological option for people with dementia. Also, people who suffer from pet allergies can interact with the robotic cat. 
The cons of having a robotic cat are that the interaction differs from an actual pet. You can not create that bond with a robotic cat like a live one. 2.    Achiever (Executing)- As an achiever, I work hard until I reach my goals. I put time and dedication into my work. This strength can assist my team in not giving up on putting in the work to present this innovation to our facility.
3.    Restorative (Executing)- As a restorative, I resolve problems or issues that may be faced. This will help my team in tackling any issues that we come upon and figuring out how to solve them.
4.    Significance (Influencing)- With significance, I want to be able to be recognized This will help my team and I in being recognized for the innovation we want to implement. 
5.    Intellection (Strategic Thinking)- I’m always thinking so by doing this I can analyze information and determine the best way to present this innovation.

As Fogelson et al. noted, people with dementia have an increase in loneliness and depression, which is improved when their family visits them. That companionship is vital for their well-being. With dementia patients living in facilities, they can become isolated and feel lonely. The robotic cat gives them that friendship and can improve their moods. The cost of robotic cats is very reasonable too. The robotic cats run up to $130 (Koh et al., 2022). I also believe that robotic cats are a great option if there is ever another pandemic that may be faced. As Fogelson et al. noted, during the coronavirus pandemic, the elderly living in nursing homes or long-term facilities could not have their family visit them. Having robotic cats can keep the elderly safe from infection and still give them comfort. 
In the behavioral health facility where I work, patients are only allowed two weekly visits for an hour each. Only being allowed to call their family at certain hours of the day can make them feel lonely, especially since people who suffer from dementia do not comprehend the protocols.
