         <description><![CDATA[<p>I would tell them to practice how they are holding the Frisbee, their stance, and where they are aiming when throwing. It is also helpful to know that you need to keep your eyes on the Frisbee when catching it. There were many times I dropped the Frisbee because I stopped watching it. </p>]]></description>

To throw the frisbee, I would tell him/her to have your side of your body aim towards your partner and use your throwing arm throw the frisbee at your partner.
