An annual session for all ST years.

Covering a rolling programme of topics related to social accountability (health equity, minority health groups, inclusion health, working in Deepend Pratices, population health)

The main session would run from 2-4, with the last hour being an overview of the community placement scheme for ST1s (to be undertaken when they do their first GP post)

ST2s and ST3s will leave the session with some resources for self-directed study for the last hour.

I need to speak with Scheme TPDs about how best to resurrect the community placements and what would work best for them at scheme level, considering local preferences.

The session will be co-led by any FLP Trainee and volunteers from trainees on HEFT Scheme.

This will be instead of the annual health equity conference.
