This short video documentary is about young women being interviewed about the child marriage they were set up for. They share their stories about being raped and having to marry or marrying because of poverty. They also express their opinions on what sort of punishment they should face for marrying a child under 18.

The human rights that have been violated by child marriage are Article 16.1 and Article 16.2. Article 16.1 states that Men and women of FULL AGE... have the right to marry and to found a family. Article 16.2 states that marriage is to be with full consent of intending spouses.

The thing that I found most interesting is the fact that if a women is raped they are forced to marry the man that assaulted them. It is also surprising that some families force their children to marry because of their financial state and they cant take care of their children.

This Invades Article 4 in the UDHR. In Article 4 it says, " No one shall be held in slavery or servitude: slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms."

Some of the things the organization focuses on is the lack of education or their lack of medical assistance and good health. This group tries to raise the awareness about the struggles many girls go through. They also try to raise money to help better the girls situations and help improve their lifestyle.

The human rights that have been violated by the countries because of their gender include Article 2, Article 25, and Article 26.1 and 26.2.

It's very interesting to know that there are organizations out there in the world that assist in getting young girls the adequate educational and healthy surroundings they need. Something thats surprising is that there are so many girls that need help because many countries prevent girls from being treated fairly.

Im really wondering if the countries just don't have enough money to provide what is needed or if this is just something that weighs heavily more on girls than on boys.

They were asked many questions such as how they felt and what they felt was taken from them.

Plenty of these girls rights were violated and taken from them. Their human rights that were violated were Article 3, Article 4, Article 23.2 and Article 23.3, Article 25, and Article 26.1.

What I found most shocking from this video is that these girls, who were being held captive, were walking in plain sight going undetected. Its also very shocking how people participate in human trafficking for the income and don't seem to be bothered by the fact that their enslaving actual humans.
