Emma works in a busy hotel restaurant. One evening, the hotel is hosting a big wedding with 200 guests. Emma is part of the catering team, helping to serve food and drinks.

Just before the meal starts, the manager, Jake, finds out that 15 extra guests have arrived. The kitchen team, led by Chef Tom, is already busy preparing meals. At the same time, two waiters have called in sick, so the team is short-staffed.

Jake quickly talks to his team and comes up with a plan. Chef Tom makes small changes to the meals so there is enough food for everyone. Emma and the other waiters help each other by taking on extra tables. Jake also steps in to help serve drinks and clear tables.

Even though the team faced problems, they worked together to make sure all the guests were happy. After the event, Jake thanked the team and asked them how they could improve for next time.
