Firstly, artificial light is brighter than natural light. it may cause fatigue to workers’ eyesight. I suggest that the factory should make use of both natural light and artificial light for better eyesight of the workers and save energy also.

Secondly, about personal working space. The worker is arranged in the sewing lines vertically or horizontally. In my opinion, we should provide footest under each table to the worker sit all day. but the best way is to change the adjustable chair for each worker.

Thirdly, I see that the worker will time-consuming to find a trash bin. You should provide each sewing machine and work table with a litter bag to contain thread trimming and another table.

Finally, about the machine. I see that all machine is not clean and they may be quickly broken. Consideration should be given to ensure machines are not operating slowly because of wear and tear.

I'm Thao. I just received the actual shirt size XXS. Overall, the template looks good but there are some bugs that need fixing. First, I wanted the collar to be straight. You can fix it again. In terms of workmanship, I think the shell looks quite similar to the technical data sheet. However, the breast pocket is on the right side instead of the left. Next, in the specifications it has 6 buttons but on the actual model there are only 5 buttons. Add a button below. According to the data on the data table, the actual sample matches the model quite well. However, a label can be added to attach 4 inches below the collar. Second, about the tape measure. In the specifications, the cuff height is 6” but on the actual model it is 5”. Cuff height can be increased by half an inch. Regarding the sleeve length, it's too short. In the spec sheet the sleeve length is 63.7” and in the actual model it is 60.3”. Therefore, the sleeve length can be reduced to 3”. In addition, the color of the specifications may be lighter than the actual sample. It needs to be readjusted. I hope you can fix it as soon as possible.

I received the actual sample clothes and found that there was a difference between the sketch on the specification sheet and the actual sample. First, the spec sheet calls for a neck width from the highest point of the shoulder (HPS) to another HPS of 5 5/8” but in the actual model it is 8”. So you should adjust it to get it in 2 2/3''. In the spec sheet, the pocket is on the left side of the garment with a depth of 6'' and a width of 4'' instead of on the right. Second, the actual model has no white lettering on the black label mounted 1” below the collar support. Third, the straight hole as requested in the spec sheet is 8 3/8'' long but in the actual model, the length is 8''. It can be released 3/8'' in advance. In the specification sheet, the cuff opening is 4'' instead of 6'', so the cuff can leave the sample's cuff opening for 2''. Next, the waist in the spec sheet is 15 1/2'' but in reality it is 24'' as I measured on the pattern, you can fix it to 8 1/2''. Finally, the bottom opening in the spec sheet says 17'' but it actually measures 25'', which could be 8''. I look forward to receiving the actual sample upon completion.
