The top 1% makes backroom deals with politicians like they did for Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, where they get less taxes and they have done this since they lobbied for citizens united were a company or more can legally bribe a politician with corporate pack money to push for their agenda. And the middle class and poor get more taxes were as some company's like amazon do not even pay taxes causing a massive gap in wealth and economy. Not even mentioning the fact their are American territory's were a company can put all their money and not have to spend a single cent in taxes called tax havens. The reason I think from my experience that an Anarcho-communist state is they way to go is because I have read up about the ancient Greeks and the Romans who were both some what capitalist. Both of those empires fell apart thanks to greed and politicians being easily bought out along with the fact it was not about who had the best policy but rather who had the most amount of money to spend on campaigns. Or who the politician was related too, and an overspending on the military which made those countries much more nationalistic causing them to think they had the right to be the worlds policeman. In addition to the fact they both thought they could take on the world and come out on top, so did the British Empire and we all saw what happened during the American revolution and the fact their system of governance is based off of warmongering and the Idea their nations better than the rest of the world thinking that occupation means victory "sound familiar?".
Sorry got off track as to why an Anarcho-communist state is better because I got into a history lesson. Its not the right of a group of people in the government to make decisions for the majority of the population if they are only supported by 10% of the people because the people are sick and tired of the snake oil politicians and think they can't change the system to their benefit. It shouldn't be the job of the government to judge somebody for a crime but rather the community who has suffered at the hands of the perpetrator who should decide what happens. I believe that people should be able to do what they want "drink smoke ect" as long as it does not harm the community or society as an whole. It would be better to have something like the I.W.W "industrial workers of the world" which is syndicalist not communist when it comes down to management and company's or just have the all the company's majority owned by the state and the rest can be privatized. And lastly as to why I believe anarcho-communism is the best system of governance is because if a government has to much power over its people it will abuse it an example would be the patriot act of 1999 which didn't pass till after 9/11/2001 which gave the C.I.A the ability to break the constitution and search your home or your data without probable cause "I think 9/11 was an inside job because of military grade thermite which only the United States Department of Defense could have made and only the united states army could acquire which caused the support beams to melt and give people a sickness akin to radiation sickness". Or when Richard Nixon was in office and used propaganda and named marijuana a class 1 drug to to crack down on marijuana users because it was being used by people who would not vote for him.
