It's also like more boy superheroes are getting reconized and noticed for that reason. And more TV heroes are considered super because they have super powers and they can do stuff no other human can do and heroes in real life don't have powers. Which is also why TV superheroes are more reconized and noticed but real life superheroes are not reconized or noticed, because they don't save much people, but TV superheroes do in the TV show, You see superheroes save people on TV because TV shows, there are ALWAYS a villan, but real life there not much villans or guys, because people know they are going to be arrested and they do not want that. So even if they ARE bad guys, if superheroes stop them or if a superhero saves someone, it will be unlikely for someone to just get their camera and start recording it. In real life there were real heros not with powers not with lots of the money and power but with a heart here are a few people who were really brave and strong and honest 

Rosa Parks she she stood up for for colouered people what did she do well she stood in the front of the bus because the people back then said only white people could sit in the frony of the bus so guess what she did she stood in front of the bus when i white peron got on the bus and said move she didnt move so that is one of the women who were couragus i think socity is very sterio typic about men and women.

People like to watch TV, movies and they are  recognized more. But the real life super heros that save the real world and make it a better place don't get recognized. I find that super sad because the real life super heros deservers the, "Wow! They are soo awesome!" But I don't really think that's fair.    

Also, the boys get WAY MORE recinized then the girls. I also find it sad because people think that girls just do the cleaning and take care of the super heros. But they dont! People need to know that. Girl supers heros like StarFire and Super Woman and Rubby Briges, they are amazing and they save the world just like Super Man and Bat Man. Thats called a steriotype. Its when you think super hero girls just clean the house, like i said and super hero boys just save the world. But its wrong. Girls are just as powerful as boys!

Heros are the type of people or characters, that most of us look up to. As you go further in to the subject, you start noticing all these different things. For example, it's so much easier to create heros than actually be one. Fiction super heros are role models for plenty of young children, but who they really should be looking up to are the real life heros. In media, I learned that the majority of heros are male, because males are usually thought about as "stronger", and more "brave". Women are underestimated and don't get reconized as much. Fiction super heros get reconized so much more than our real life hero's ( both genders), that helped change the world. Women are as equel as males, and shouldn't be treated better or worse, and many of our heros, non fiction or fiction, are male. I learned that it's harder to be a true hero and change the world, than in fiction comics or cartoons. Real life heros deserve so much more recognition and respect. They helped OUR world, and they should recive way more credit. These are called stereotypes. Stereo types are when your judging or stating a false fact about a group. For instance, ALL MALES are stronger and smarter than girls. Because in cartoons, males are shown to be better physically and mentally, they are usually also superheros. This shows that it also affects us. In media, we made a chart of real life heros and fiction heros. In fiction heros, 18 out of the 20 people that were listed, were male.That means the only 2 out of the 20 characters we tried to list were female. In the real life chart, we listed 17 human heros. Only 4 were female, which means the other 13 were male. In both charts, there were more males. Just like the fiction characters, there are more males which shows were affected by media. But if you take a look in reality women are true heroes too. Why do men get reconized more than women when they are just as strong , brave , and smart. Heros on tv or in virtual worlds are really easy to make just give him or her a cool name and superpowers and a cape and then BOOM a super hero but in reality it is not easy to be one. Heros like Batman and Superman will always be more reconized than people like Nelson Mandela and Harriot Tubman because thats what media is teaching you. Being a real life superhero is extremely tough. Harriot Tubman's mission was to escape from slavery and she acomplished it that is real power right there! In real life that is no problem for them.
