Inside the home, the setting includes a nostalgic living room with a Christmas tree and a lit fire. The children look a bit glum because their mum is away so the grandparents are cheering them up with a game of cards. The ad shows time has passed and their dad returns with a sack of presents, yet the children still look a bit glum but grateful. This is followed by a loud knock at the door and everyone looks surprised as they were not expecting a visitor. They all go to the door and open it to see their mum in her Army uniform holding a tin of Quality Street. The final shot is a pan out from the living room window of them all sat around eating the chocolate with an overlay saying “Bringing the family together with Quality Street.”
