         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this country a common greeting is a handshake with a smile. In Costa Rica a kiss on the cheek is more common.&nbsp;<br><br>In the case of food in Costa Rica we have some traditional dishes like gallo pinto, casados and chifrijo. In South Africa some of traditional dishes are biltong (roast), frikadelle (meatballs) and braai (barbecue).<br><br>In Costa Rica we celebrate independence day and holy week. In South Africa they celebrate human rights day and freedom day.<br><br>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
