<description>Scenario: Tesla’s Sales Decline Amid Political Controversy
Recently, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been involved in political controversies that have drawn both support and criticism from consumers. Some media reports suggest that this has negatively impacted Tesla’s sales, as a portion of the market is now reluctant to purchase Tesla vehicles. Meanwhile, increased competition from other electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers, such as BYD and traditional automakers, has also influenced Tesla’s market position.
Additionally, higher interest rates have made it more expensive for consumers to finance vehicle purchases, leading to an overall decline in demand for cars, including Tesla models.
At the same time, Tesla has increased production capacity with its Gigafactories, leading to a higher supply of vehicles in the market.
