         <description><![CDATA[<div>We do need to have a structure that supports &nbsp; development of specialist skills (social media, paid marketing, analytics, market research, content/SEO etc) without losing the knowledge base that some leads have in specific areas (business, arts &amp; culture etc). Having said that i would expect a move from the Faculty model to a model that reflects more areas of interest but with defined roles within them.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
