Is your student receiving an error message? Are they unable to log into an account they can usually get into?

Try Clearing Cache and Cookies! You will be surprised to see how many things this can fix! 😀

You could also try switching to a different internet browser and logging into the k12 Stride student account.

If neither of these work, please call k12 Stride Tech Support at 1.866.512.2273.

Please include the following:

• Your name

• Your student's first and last name

• Your student's ID number (Click here for how to find this.)

• How you would like us to return your message - an email or a phone call. Please leave a number for a phone call.

Attendance Reporting Form Link

Please Note:

• If a student has an excused absence, they still need to make up any classwork and assignments from the day they were absent.

• If a student misses school for a medical appointment, please get a doctor's note and submit it to attendanceinfo@hsd294.us

• Please provide a note from your medical provider for appointments or illnesses over three consecutive days.

Important Attendance Reminders:

Elementary student attendance is determined by attendance at daily live class sessions only.

Middle and High School students should attend daily live classes and click into daily lessons in every class, every day in order to be marked present.

Classes will be held between the hours of 8:30am and 2:30pm.

You have the ability to log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal to check your student’s attendance. Infinite Campus accounts are created at the beginning of the year and communicated to learning coaches once they are created.  It is best to monitor your student's attendance at least weekly.

If you need help with your login or resetting your password, please reach out to your Student & Family Advisor, Be sure to include your name, your student’s name, and their grade.
