Now we will explain one of the most important traditions of catalonia.

The castles are human towers that have been built for more than two hundred years (there are references already in the eighteenth century) in the Camp de Tarragona and the Penedès, as a result of the expansion of the Valencian Muixeraga. Since the 80s of the twentieth century, the castles were gradually spreading throughout Catalonia, Northern Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, becoming a very powerful symbol of Catalan identity.

We play to a game at the playgraund that is called (THE FLAG).There is a field that is diveded in two .One half for each team.
There are two flags, one for each team. The flags are two sweter. If you put yourself inside the opponent's field you can get caught but if you are in yours, if you get caught you go to your base that is next to the flag. to save you has to come a mate and touch your hand .the others have to give you five seconds and you have to run very fast. The goal of the game is to gradually untie the flag of the opposing team without getting caught.You have to do the moast knots possible.
When all the knots are untied we have to take it to our field and we have already won.We hope you anderstand it.

The languages spoken in Catalonia are Catalan and Spanish, and we all learn English.

In Catalonia there are lots of dialects for example Lleidetà, Gironí, Tarragonés... And outside Catalonia Valencià, Mallorquí, Andalús, Gallèc, Basc, Aragonès...

The conclusion is that we speak Catalan, but also Spanish and English, and we all learn the three languages at school. There are lots of dialects.

Traditional Food
In Catalonia there are a lot of delicious dishes:
CALÇOTS:
- A delicious dish is the calçots, a type of spring onion or green onion that is known as "calçot in Catalan", and has a length of between 15 and 25 cm.
CARGOLS A LA LLAUNA:
- Another dish is '' cargols a la llauna '', it is a very simple dish in which the snails are cooked on the fire (preferably grilled) or in the oven with a can, they are served with allioli and vinaigrette.
ESCUDELLA CATALANA:
- The '' Escudella Catalana '' is a very delicious soup, "Escudella" is
usually served in two parts: The escudella is a soup consisting of a broth with pasta and the "carn d'olla" is all the meat used in the broth, which is then served on a tray along with the vegetables used.
CREMA CATALANA:
- And the most traditional desert is the '' crema catalana '', it is a creamwith caramel burned on top.
