I use notion to create professional project plan, it helps me organize key milestones dates and allows me to link resources, links, and documents. I can add people to the project plan to give them visibility.

I use google docs, whenever I want to collaborate with my peers virtually. I can see what they type in real time and vice versa. Professionally, I use it while writing meeting notes, so everyone will have access to what was discussed. I also use padlet when giving presentations to make them more interactive, giving people time to type their responses before speaking allows for a richer discussion.

In my work, we help people study for their professional credential exams using Trello, Quizlet, and Google Docs. Trello keeps study plans structured by allowing users to create boards with lists for different LEED topics, track progress with checklists and deadlines, and collaborate by assigning tasks and sharing resources. Quizlet enhances information retention through interactive flashcards, enabling students to access pre-made study sets or create their own while testing their knowledge with quizzes and games. These tools create a well-rounded, efficient approach to mastering LEED exam content.

Gamification against your coworkers always brings the engagement level up. Kahoot was an excellent opportunity to take a mental break from learning the content and have a fun interactive review. However, I will say that at a conference that was being held both virtually and in person, a Kahoot! game was attempted, and due to the lag time between responses of those on-site and off=site, it didn't go over well. Lesson learned, though, for future reference and planning.

Before taking my GSU classes, I hadn't used Google Docs before. I am now quite confident in the Google Doc skills I have acquired. Group collaboration it allows individuals to work on a requirement on our preferred schedule, enabling us to move forward with the assignment and see who did what along the way.

In my classroom, we use Flipgrid. Students are given a prompt, and they can share their response in video format. Students then also get to see their peer's work, which increases the engagement as they get to comment back to one another.

Similar to Kahoot, I use quizziz and bamboozle to create review games. They both include the gamification element. They also allow for teacher choice in if students are working independently or in a group to answer questions.

With students, I have used Epic! as a way for students to gather information. The site is designed for kids and allows them to read books on a wide variety of topics. This allows for expansive research to be done. We have used this as a tool for longer research projects before.

I rely in Google tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides to manage everything from large scale projects, staff meetings and data visualization. I also use the Google suite o manage like with 3 small children and a multigenerational home. I use Google, Wikipedia (check sources), and Galileo to research.

When I use Google, I always check the validity of the source and the author of the source.

I use Wikipedia as a starting point to get general information, from there, I use the cited sources and/or look up specific information that I find on other platforms.

For Scholarly articles, I tend to use Galileo. I also like Google Scholar, but since my Galileo access is tethered to enrollment, I like to utilize it while I still can.

Google drive is one of my favorite and most used tools for shared and live learning. It allows me the luxury of keeping up with all of my documents and projects in place without ever running the risk of them getting lost due to it being a cloud based application and is awesome for collaboration.

Quizlet has been a tool that I've been using since I was in high school to not only self regulate and organize my learning, but to also find and access learning. It's easy to collaborate with others as well since it allows you to access public sets of flashcards and quizzes.
