In my work, we help people study for their professional credential exams using Trello, Quizlet, and Google Docs. Trello keeps study plans structured by allowing users to create boards with lists for different LEED topics, track progress with checklists and deadlines, and collaborate by assigning tasks and sharing resources. Quizlet enhances information retention through interactive flashcards, enabling students to access pre-made study sets or create their own while testing their knowledge with quizzes and games. Google Docs facilitates real-time collaboration, allowing students to compile study notes, summarize key concepts, and organize information with tables and infographics. These tools create a well-rounded, efficient approach to mastering LEED exam content.

Gamification against your coworkers always brings the engagement level up. Kahoot was an excellent opportunity to take a mental break from learning the content and have a fun interactive review. However, I will say that at a conference that was being held both virtually and in person, a Kahoot! game was attempted, and due to the lag time between responses of those on-site and off=site, it didn't go over well. Lesson learned, though, for future reference and planning.
