During this time, he received honors, including the Belgium Airborne Wings, the Italian Airborne Wings, and an Operation Iraqi Freedom Medal of Honor, for his combat missions in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Colt Bulot also received a Purple Heart for wounds endured in combat. During his training at the Non-commissioned Officer's (NCO) Academy, Mr. Bulot was one of the youngest individuals to achieve the rank of drill sergeant. In recognition of his accomplishments, he received the Leadership Award. He also holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Since retiring in 2011, Mr. Bulot has shifted his professional focus to sales and security, and he spends his time pursuing hobbies, which include hiking, playing golf, camping, and boating.
