Under The Desk Treadmill

I recently purchased the UREVO 2 in 1 Under Desk Treadmill and it works amazing! It can go up to speeds of 6 mph and folds so once you are done using it you can slide it under your bed. Very convenient for smaller living spaces. I know I am not the only one that has experienced back pain from being in front of a computer all day! Walking everyday has really improved my achey back. I really suggest this if you feel too tired after work to hit the gym or struggle to get motivated. After shipping & taxes it was a little under $400.00. Yes, it's pricey, but having this at home gives me so much more motivation to get up and put in the work!

cilantro
parsley
minced garlic
mayonnaise
lemon juice
rice vinegar
*Measure with your heart*

Pull apart the imitation crab sticks with 2 forks until stringy (for extra flavor let the imitation crab meat sit in rice vinegar and lemon juice overnight before mixing in all other ingredients)
Add all ingredients to a bowl and fold everything together until fully mixed
Put into containers and leave in the fridge to soak in all the flavors
Enjoy the next day!

This is a great website for meeting people with the same interests in San Antonio! Due to Covid restrictions, a lot of organizations were virtual for a while.

However, with vaccination and mask mandates for certain locations, more in person activities have opened up!

I used this while I took a class. One of the requirements was to attend a group meeting. Due to fewer options, I attended a virtual meditation class, and it was awesome!

You can join whether it's to meet new friends, find a group with similar interests, or meet local singles (yes some groups mention speed dating events lol). There are a lot of great options for everyone!

If You Are Interested In Lip Filler

I got my lips done at this location with Lani and she did an amazing job of keeping them my natural lip shape and adding the perfect amount of volume on the top and bottom. You have a choice of 2 different types of filler. I chose the less expensive one to get a feel for how I'd like them and I will definitely invest in the more expensive one (which lasts longer) next time as the results have made my confidence go through the roof! It was expensive (700ish for the filler I got and 800-900 for the longer-lasting filler) but if you really need that extra boost of confidence in your smile I would highly suggest trying it out. If you don't end up liking them you can always get them dissolved at the same location or they will naturally dissolve over the next 6 months to a year. They numbed my lips so it was not an uncomfortable experience for me. You just feel very dull pinching. They provide you with arnica cream which does an amazing job of preventing and removing possible bruising. Overall I had a wonderful experience there!

This is a mystery show that includes some action and romance as well.

One of the main characters, Emma, is a woman who looked into the eyes of a dangerous killer. She may or may not been involved in his crimes.

Another character, John was a serial predator and is now desperate to find redemption.

Another main character, Mary is trying to find her missing daughter - presumed to be murdered by the dangerous serial killer that Emma had been involved with.

As each of the characters is pushed to the edge/their limit, their pasts and even present - grows murkier.

What Happens When You Sit On a Chair for Too Long?

Slouching when sitting affects the abdominal diaphragm which affects our breathing because our breathing depends on the sync between the abdominal diaphragm and the pelvic diaphragm.
While sitting, our entire upper body weight falls on the belly. This locks our abdominal diaphragm leading to shallow breathing. This is called Thoracic breathing and is detrimental to our health.
Thoracic breathing prevents the return of fresh oxygenated blood to the cells and further results in toxic build-up which can lead to illnesses.
Sitting in front of a device like a computer or a laptop for a long time also leads to forward head posture. This is bad posture and can cause pressure on our spine resulting in neck spasms. If your neck region is painful after long hours of sitting while working from home, this is the cause.

Small Changes That Can Counteract Sitting All Day
- For every 45 min of sitting, you must take a break. You could just walk around your house, even if it is just to get yourself a bottle of water from the kitchen. You can stretch your body and give it some movement for ten minutes before resuming work again.
- You could also take a look outside your window. This will help you with some fresh air, too, along with resting your eye muscles.
- Having a remote work setup that includes both standing and sitting desks can be helpful. It is difficult to work on standing desks for the entire day but if you switch in between the two, you’ll steer clear of accumulating stagnation.
- Sitting on yoga balls is also a great option as it doesn’t have any backrest and allows your pelvic diaphragm to breathe.
- Small trampolines are another amazing option to go for. If you find yourself sitting all day while working from home, include ten minute trampoline breaks in between to move those body muscles before you get back to your work desk.
- While working, make sure that your eyes are looking at the screen in a straight horizontal alignment, your back is straight and you’re in a comfortable typing position with relaxed shoulders.

A show that has changed my life in such a way that I have tried in vein to gatekeep it to myself. I'll even share my amazon prime account for you to watch it bc it's so good and a raw picture of a feminine experience. It's called Fleabag. There's only 2 seasons and they're pretty different both excellent and perfect if your in a dark or tough phase in your life. I've re-watched it like 10x at least so if you want a synopsis lemme know x

This was such a beautiful Sundance film on HBO that shows how some people have formed close relationships around the world. It's a unique perspective with heartfelt stories.

I had heard of VR chat before, but wasn't aware of all aspects of it. It helped me get a glimpse of a different way to form connections. It was unique, and I recommend it if you're looking for something to watch.

This throwback is available for free with Showtime. I recently got a trial, so been watching old movies. It's great if you love zombies and Quentin Tarantino. Robert Rodriguez worked with him, and they're friends, so it's a similar style.
