Case 7

Jeff was 1 of a handful of survivors of a major airline crash. He has frequency flashbacks of the mangled plane, has trouble sleeping and concentrating on work. He has an exaggerated startle response should anyone surprise him. His family is grateful he is alive and can’t understand his continued difficulties more than a year after the experience.

I believe you are right but I also looked up the types of PTSD and I found there are 3 types:
-Acute: When symptoms last between 1 and 3 months
-Delayed: When symptoms don't show up until at least 6 Months after experience
-Chronic: Which is when symptoms last for over 3 months
Which one do you think it is?
