         <title>In the article What Is Poverty?, an idea being shown is that poverty is really negative. First, poverty is much more, much more than just not having enough money. Second, poverty is being sick and not being able to see a doctor. Last but not least, third, poverty is a stituation people want to escape. Overall the issue in What Is Poverty? Is being described negative. The message here is that poverty is really negative.  </title>
