This past month we have been executing on new and improved elements of our work and have had several opportunities to be generative. Also, when speaking 1x1 with team members and school leaders being able to provide immediate feedback or suggestions has been a major part of my work over the past month.

I've leaned into learning in a strategic way, applying those things to the work. Everything I'm reading or journaling now, its all done with a purpose, a new way of seeing the outcomes, even those outcomes outside of work.

Rajvee- Individualization- we share this strength. When I got stuck on how to best frame the prework, I did not struggle alone. I reached out for a 15-minute huddle and the pre-work format that we used was her brain child. Claire- Execution is not my area of strength but Claire is an achiever so I reached out to Claire and she created a shell for the data meeting that I was able to copy and remake for the strategy meeting. I didn’t struggle alone. Shauna-Kaye was an awesome thought-partner for all things alignment, guiding questions for the prework. Chelsea- served as my final space for reflection and feedback before making the deck final didn’t struggle alone.

My strength is around strategy/strategic thinking. It sometimes falls short in getting to details. I've leaned on the team to get us to clear plans from the strategy to action plans - and been grateful for the level of clarity and concrete detail that all the Directors have provided on this!

Collaborating with Alisha and Dahab has been FANTASTIC. Strategy building doesn't come naturally to a lot of people but we are doing it daily and work really well together. Our experiences, expertise, weirdness and dopeness clicks together beautifully.
