It sold inexpensive furniture&nbsp; of scandinavian design.<br>2) Nowdays, the company operated in 55 countries with a workforce of 76,000 . IKEA offered nearly 12,000 items to the home furnishings market worldwide . It sold a wide range of products including furniture ,accesories, bathrooms and kitchens at 186 retail stores in 30 countries across europe ,north america,southeast Asia , Middle east and australia .IKEA enjoyed high brand equity.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Based on the theory, Abraham Maslow from a pyramid from the base up is physiological , safety , social, esteem and self-actulication on top . IKEA is able to give the social aspect by encouraging their employees when loyalty is formed, it become satisfied with their work . This behavior and adjusting company policies towards inpression.<br>2) IKEA allows workes to set high goals for high expectation for one effect obtaining its just rewards . It is dear that IKEA method may also be qualified under this theory employee maybe performing well even ofter one day. This benifits would allow employee to aim for higher goal.<br>3) All the employees were given skilled training for more confidence in work . This cross tabulation indicate that new employee feel more confidence with 98.4% through the skilled training. when the employee given the skilled training it will reduce less mistakes i their work.skilled training is important for all the employee</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) IKEA is simply giving people credit for their creations. In his new book, “payoff,” Ariely argues that human motivation, especially in the workplace, is more complex than we might imagine. When he visited the Business Insider office in November, Ariely suggested that managers capitalize on the IKEA effect and “get people to feel that something is theirs in a unique way and therefore they will feel more connected to it.”<br>2)IKEA is also dept on employee efficiency in the best shape possible . IKEA also use variable pay program such as piece rak plans,wage incenties,profit sharing ,bonuses and gain sharing. By having this type of program will definetly raise the spirits of one employee and want them to increase the productivity. IKEA company got rewarded and able to double up company sales. Not only that it also create a better position for company . So, that it will be a good prestic for the company and more employee, and more profit gain.<br>3)IKEA employee is also loyalty and efficiency towards company .It also considerate the number of hours and years secued by the employee in company plus course and assesment . This clearly show the employee relationship and treatment.</div>]]></description>

(Sura et al,2004)<br>2)Financial reward maintain and motivate individuals towards higher performance which has a significant impact establishing employee diligencee and commitment, this will lead to a better productivity on the long term. (Whitley, 2002)<br>3)Proper leadership is important in every company in order to achieve goal, leaders and employees help one another to attain high levels of morality and motivation, in addition developing and implemeting employee training programs is a necessary strategy. This will exhanced enthosiosm and motivation will lead to better productivity.(Baldoni,2005)</div>]]></description>
