         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Skim through the text to see what the text is about and to estimate how long you'll need to read it all.<br>2. Stop after each passage to see if you understand ir, and look back/reread some parts if you don't understand it too clearly.<br>3. Annotate a lot and take notes, highlight the text if you can. And if we skip it, we won't understand the text fully. So, it's better to find the definition first and continue reading.<br>2. Highlighting.
