Engaging student leaders for mutual benefit and bringing change and improvement in many parts of the institution - education, policy, feedback loops, promotion of initiatives. I see students as also creators of change.

Before, it was all about unidirection where staff designed the programme and students participated. But now that has started to change. Today students also want to get involved or partner with staff, give their insights and play a major role. They do not just want to sit in the programme; they want to be part of it. and that's how students learn about collaboration and gain confidence to speak up and come forward to initiate.
