I loved principle number three. I enjoyed learning the importance of making feedback timely. The steps helped me to know how to formulate the feedback but I had never thought about how important the time when the students receive the feedback is.

Principle 5

I found principle number five to be the most exciting for me. In places where I feel accepted and like I belong, I am also motivated to work harder and produce more quality work. So, this concept made a lot of sense to me as to why students would also be highly motivated this way in the classroom. This finding just goes to show how important a classroom community is to students.

-Dakota

I also really loved the feedback principle! I find it so helpful in my own classes when the feedback I received for not getting full points is specific, so learning it was evidence-based was encouraging. Do you prefer a type of feedback in your learning? Do you have any ideas of how to provide feedback for your students?
