         <description><![CDATA[<p>When another website or email for example has a direct link to a direct type of training, click on it and rather than it taking you to that training, it takes you to the slowly opening database of all the training available.</p><p><br/></p><p>When you click on the training you have undertaken previously, the page takes a long time to load. </p><p><br/></p><p>Can we have all the training we have undertaken and that could be undertaken laid out one one page, split into themes?</p>]]></description>

         <title>Recruitment process in professional services is so long. We are often short on staff for long periods of times, which makes it more difficult to put staff on training opportunities if we have to have a certain amount of people on site/shift. For lower grade recruitment for a like for like replacement there is no need for it to take 3 months plus to have someone in the role. </title>
