The temperate deciduous forest is a biome that constantly evolves throughout the seasons. It has four distinct seasons: autumn, winter, spring, and summer. This biome gets about 30-60 inches of rain a year, and it falls year-round. Because of the fertile soil and trees that have multiple uses, temperate deciduous forests have some of the world's largest population centers in them.
