         <description><![CDATA[<p>I would be up and wouldn't feel tired because I wouldn't have to wake up every 5 minutes or so. So I should turn off the snooze button so I don't get interrupted during my sleep.  </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I would be more relaxed and calm when it's darker in my room and actually give myself the time to get tired. In the morning I would wake up with the bright sun or my light in my room would wake me up. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Taking 15-20 minute naps will not effect your sleep schedule. But if it's longer in the day it will have an effect on the sleep schedule. So I shouldn't be taking 2-4 hour naps a day. </p>]]></description>
