It takes a strong leader who can implement good rules that will keep the peace. I don't think it takes people to share the same beliefs to get along but people who do share them usually get along. Now some people may not listen to the king because they just don't want to but it's their choice.

When people get along with each other it's usually because of similar traits or personality. They don't need similar beliefs nor religion because that's something you can look beyond if you don't enjoy the persons beliefs/religion. A strong leader would help since he influences many people but it's not needed.

people get along with one another may have many reasons. For example, people may get along with you because you are rich and some sort. But sometimes you get along with people just because of your similarities with them. Like friendship and relatives. It doesn't really matter if you have a similar belief to get along. Sometimes people just don't like that beliefs, but that belief is not the person itself, you need to look into the heart of that person in order to see if they are good or bad.

I think what makes people get along with another is by getting used to the person or people around you and how there characteristics are to you and other either you like it or not. you don't really needs rules or maybe a strong leader as long as other people respect and be nice to you. It doesn't matter if other people have similar beliefs as long people don't make fun of it or say bad things about it.

For people to get along the relationship between them has to be based on each others personality. Beliefs can also be a huge part of the relationship. Maybe it could be religion, mutual conversation starters.

People get along with one another with rules fair for everyone. Not everyone will listen to a leader, some will want to rebel but if there are rules everyone agrees with then they know they need to follow those rules or actions will be taken upon them. No, people do not need similar beliefs to get along because it is their choice to disagree with someone's beliefs and to say something about it. If you have different beliefs than someone else then you two can just have a civil conversation about it.

People most often need something to unify behind. This could be a religion, government, cause, etc. Humans have a strong desire to fit in, a single cause, religion, etc. is a factor that sets a "standard/ mob mentality" of the group or community. Similar beliefs aren't nessesary to getting along however when people don't feel welcomed they tend not to get along with others

For people to get along with each other, they don't necessarily need rules or a strong leader. They don't even have to have similar beliefs. They can just simply get along by agreeing on something, or agreeing to disagree. Rules do help with getting along, as it prevents people for outright fighting and promotes toleration, but getting along can occur outside of a system of rules. A strong leader can provoke discussion and debate, as well as bring up widely controversial topics, but they can also create conflict based on what they're doing. People do not always need to have similar beliefs to get along, as long as there is toleration and peaceful discussion. In the end, the most important thing that is needed, would be toleration of others.

People get along with each other when they have similar interests and have things in common. Having rules doesn't necessarily mean that people will get along. In order for them to cooperate with others, they also have to agree with the rules. People also don't need a strong leader to get along. Although having rules and a strong leader does help people get along, some may disagree with that certain leader and

I think they don't need rules but rules are also to help prevent accidents from happening and they don't leader to tell them who and what to like but a leader helps them be better at things like listening.When people get along they have things in common and they like each other as a friend.

I believe if there is a strong leader then he will be able to bring together his people and they will all get along. People don't need to believe in the same thing just have a connection to get along with one another or some people can believe really strong in their religion and will not even contaminate with others.

to get along i think people need rules to get along because most times people need to follow something or else they will be lost people often need to feel like their a part of something and like their following something in order to work and get along with others.And belief does sometimes make people get along .
