Different problems:

Some of them, who had studied in University, want to find a better way of living in other countries. The problem with this, is that "the great minds" are leaving the country,then it is going to be harder to fix the situation of India nowadays.

There is also the problem of illegal immigration, people who wants to live in other countries but does not have the methods to do it, so they do it in the wrong way.

And there is also racism towards Indian people in other countries
