Criteria 1-(4/4)-The outline is very clear that is useful to introduce the topic to readers. It is also well organized like you mentioned you will use both qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the topic.
Criteria 2-(4/4) Literatures that she select is highly related to the topic.
Criteria 3-(2/2)-No obvious spelling errors and its easily understandable.

For Qiuyi Qu
Criteria 1-(3/4)-The topic is very interesting as its new for me. The outline is well organized but according to me its a broad topic you have to narrow it down.
Criteria 2-(4/4) Selection of literature is relevant.  
Criteria 3-(2/2)-The outline is error free.

For Jaspreet Kaur 
Criteria 1-(4/4)-The outline provides a clear image about the article. It is also interesting point like use will use different nations examples to explore the topic.
