I have been told that part of the reason for this programme is to lift childrens engagement?  How is this measured and  why is this necessary if your child is already engaged? Were there problems with engagement in many of the classes?
The effects of blue light and screen time are not yet fully known.  Is there research to support the use of screens or apps to reduce the perceived effects?
