Haley pushes my growth all the time by asking me hard questions and in turn sharing w me their tough moments as a coach. I learn about how they would look at a situation (which differs from me) and I love that. You've pushed me in my principal conversations, my CM coaching, and just my own outlook on how to be proactive in certain situations. LUV YA <3 JT

All of the conversations that take place over slack on the DP channel really make me feel connected to this DP community as we're all floating questions, providing answers, discussing stuff and sometimes just having a laugh.

As a new DP it was really moving to see the outpour of support from more experienced DPs. Everyone reached out, everyone was there to help, to push my coaching, to help me talk through some stuff. I really appreciated all the support.

Oh my goodness, where would I be without you.
