First we understand and evaluate each kid to help them guide their learning path. We use state of the art methods and utilize the experience from our coaches to develop an individual plan tailor made for the student.
We need to follow up helping the instructors to find out how the student is responding and if changes are needed.
All of these steps will make a positive impact in the development of the child during their sensitive period.
We must remember that we accomplish this transformation as a team between teachers, assessors, coaches and parents.
