This study is structured to revisit and track existing educational skills, personal and technical abilities and to produce a Swot report to evaluate student’s skill sets within Skill Audit Analysis and areas of improvement. Moreover, in this report the author will explain what is Mental Wealth and its importance for personal and career development.

Definitions of mental wellbeing involve intrinsic well-being, presumed self-efficacy, flexibility, maturity, intergenerational dependency, and awareness of the capacity to appreciate one's emotional and intellectual capacity. This has also been described as a condition of well-being in which people share their talents, can deal with usual daily stress, function effectively in the society, and contribute to their cultures. Mental wellbeing is about improving the qualities of people and families and helping them to accomplish their own goals (WHO, 2003). On the other hand, Mental-Wealth is a combination of Mental Health and Mental Wellbeing as well as the individual’s ability to increase its overall wellbeing.

According to Johnson & Freeman (2014), Competencies are known habits, talents, qualifications and experience that have a significant and beneficial effect on the performance of workers and organisations. Competencies can be objectively assessed, reinforced and enhanced by coaching and learning experiences. Moreover, competence is the ability to implement or use a collection of similar expertise, knowledge and skills used to effectively execute "essential work tasks" or activities in a given work environment. Not to be confused with competence, competency defines actions, but does not claim to explain the quality of success (Hoge, et al., 2005).

Defining the Mental Wealth Competences the U.S Department of Labour described in Dunphy (2012), came to a conclusion that the mental health sector is constantly changing and how important is to debate and investigate employees competences that can be both universal and precise. Furthermore, the concept of Mental Wealth Competence is the ability of an individual to look after its Mental Health and Wellbeing that encompasses the elements of social, moral, physical, emotional and cultural wellbeing. All these terms are related to people who we are associated with and the world in which we work, live, play and study. Moreover, worldviews of Mental Wealth Competence can include association with relatives, community, cultural values and identity and language (Price, 2019).

Despite the degree of technical growth in the workforce, hospitality and tourism companies remain primarily dependent on labour-intensive companies (Baum, et al., 2016).

Employability skills according to Robinson (2000), are defined into three categories: basic academic skills, thinking skills and personal qualities.

· Basic academic skills include verbal communication, reading and writing, science and math (Adeyinka-Ojo, 2018).

· Thinking skills includes critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, creativity and reasoning (Adeyinka-Ojo, 2018).

· Personal qualities require self-confidence, honesty, self-control, integrity and social skills (Adeyinka-Ojo, 2018).

Furthermore, Cassidy (2006), considers that employability is the core skill and characteristics or behaviours that workers need to engage in and succeed well in the workplace. Moreover, employability skills are essential in all fields, from operational level to management and not just job-speciffic.

A study of multiple job advertisements shows that fields such as management, marketing and finance have specific requirements of skills category to perform in the workplace. However, the hospitality, events and tourism industry require the combination of soft and hard skills defined as management and social skills for the front services and hard skills that involve operation level (Sandwich, 1993). Soft skills include creative and conceptual skills like teamwork, leadership, and organisational aspects, whereas hard skills are compatible with both managerial and technological realms. For example: in hospitality industry soft skills are used to help the guest decide what room is suitable for him and hard skills are used to perform the request at operational level (computer, programs).

In this section I created a Personal Swot Analysis based on my Personal Skills Audit. The purpose is to review my personal Strength and Weaknesses and Opportunities and Threats. Internal research defines tools, skills, key competences, and potential advantages through a cognitive perspective to financing, administration, acquisition, manufacturing, delivery and promotion and creativity assessment. Internal research is crucial in determining the root of the strategic advantage. It identifies the services or qualities that needs to be built to stay competitive. The external review describes growth prospects and risks by looking at the competitive situation of the industry.
The Swot Analysis helped understand better my strength and opportunities as well as the areas that creates opportunities for my future professional, academic, and personal development.

My personal Development Plan will incorporate personal development and student growth. I will develop healthy personal habits like spending more time in library, research and study journals and articles related to professional career development. I will start with essentials: taking private lessons and improving my English oral and writing skills. Later, I will attend a course to learn how to become more confident and overcome my communication difficulties. Performing in front of the mirror speeches will help me improve my communication and presentation skills. The best way to learn is to ask a professional and so asking to advise and feedbacks from my lecturers and friends will be very helpful. Meanwhile, for my professional growth, I will work for an Event Company to gain experience and learn the work from inside. I also think about volunteering for some social events and activities where I can learn how non-profit organisations are functioning.
