For example I liked how you said who inspires you to chase after your dream of being a professional soccer player. Another thing that I liked about your piece was the fact that you told us a lot of things about yourself. For instance you said when your not practicing soccer in your garage your cuddled up on the coach watching Netflix and looking at some of your favorite cook books. That little snip alone has so much details. Something that I wish you added was more tings you enjoyed besides soccer and Netflix. My favourite example is when you said, “They have always challenged and encouraged me to help me realize what I’m good at and what I really want to commit to; they have always helped me to chase my dreams of being a professional soccer player and getting into Stanford.” It really showed just how much you care about your loved ones. Another thing that I liked about your About Me was when you spoke about what you do outside of writing. You said in the line, “When I am not typing madly, hunched over a computer at the wee hours of the morning, you would find me in my garage  practicing soccer. You might even find me on the couch curled up with a delicious looking cooking book, or on the couch watching a new series on Netflix!” It really showed what your interests were in great detail. But, if I could change just one little thing about your piece, I would put more detail into your dislikes. I really would like to know why you don’t like these certain things. In addition, I like how you added how much your family challenges and encourages you to follow your dream to become a professional soccer player. I think that it's really cool how much they support you. One suggestion would be for you to say what you like to watch on Netflix or what you like to do when you're with your family members, but overall it's an amazing piece!

Although the part you wrote about was short, the way you wrote it made it feel like it was never ending. great job on that! It really made me feel like I was in the moment. Another strength in your writing is all of your inner thoughts that you added. It made me understand how scared you really were. One suggestion I could make is to tell me a little bit more on what happened in the elevator and how long you were in there for. You could also add what you could see outside and many of what your mom was doing but overall an amazing piece!

Something that I love is how when you were talking about your brothers and how annoying they were. It really got me to listen to how you were describing them.
